Our primary mission is simple: to unite everyone employed in an educational support capacity by the E2CCB into one strong organization. By bringing everyone together, we work to promote fair, standardized work methods and secure better pay and job security for every individual through proper means.

We serve as your voice by representing all support personnel in collective negotiations with E2CCB. This includes determining the terms and conditions of your employment and handling all grievances that arise under those agreements.

Finally, we are committed to looking out for one another in times of need, promoting unity and strength within our ranks, and encouraging public support for our Association. We also actively seek and secure necessary training to ensure safety, promote education, and maintain compliance with NYSED regulations.
